Hotfix and add ons

Made the flying enemies slower and tweaked their death animations
Changed some backgrounds
Added a ninja turtle outfit
Adjusted the Crystal weapon so it floats next to the player more reasonably when firing.
Removed field of vision box from Great Reset Guy.
